Our mission is to help tackle the pressing societal challenges of today and tomorrow through cutting-edge knowledge production and exchange in an international collaborative environment.

As a non-political and non-ideological Think Tank and Knowledge Partner, Overhead Knowledge was founded to address two critical needs. First, the demand for a flexible, digitalised, free-thinking knowledge organization unbound by the limitations of traditional academia and business. Second, the necessity to eliminate the excessive overhead costs that plague conventional institutions, ensuring more resources are directed towards impactful research and development.

Overhead Knowledge meets these two needs by joining leading researchers, policymakers, and practitioners – active in understanding societal challenges and developing methods and tools to cope with these challenges – and enabling them to work in trans- and interdisciplinary projects. By joining these individuals in a digital knowledge collective, possibilities are created that overcome the bureaucratic restraints currently limiting proactive and innovative projects.
